Yesterday, Learning by Hearings co-hosted a successful professional development along with Wayne RESA, the Michigan Center for Civic Education, and the Historical Society of Michigan. 15 secondary social studies educators attended a full-day professional development experience focused on student engagement and inquiry-driven learning. This innovative PD gave teachers resources from three different organizations that help build student engagement in their classrooms.
